In this podcast, Brian and Tim explore the role of President.  They talk with Dave, the President of a marketing and advertising technology company that sells to Fortune 100 clients. In his role, he’s responsible for managing complexity in order to ensure a return on investment to his stakeholders.  As someone who sits between the market and his company’s value creation processes, he’s got to align and manage resources to add the right value to customers.  That requires strategic execution that aligns how people think, act, and manage.

As value communicators, it’s critical to  have conversations with your buyers and customers.  Those conversations MUST matter to your customers.  And you  have to be able to change your focus and message based on who you’re talking to and what altitude level you’re engaging.  As you engage to communicate value and work with different customer roles, understanding WHO you are talking to at deeper levels will likely make you rich.
